TECHNISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
Technisch-konstruktive Eigenschaften:
Innenschlauch aus thermoplastischem Polyester, Druckträger aus zwei Polyesterfasergeflechten, Außenschicht aus abriebfestem, UV-Strahlen-stabilisiertem, hydrolyse- und gegen Mikroorganismen beständigem Polyurethan, in mikroperforierter Ausführung für Luft und kompatible Gase.
Anwendungsbereiche:
Die Schlauchleitungen der Serie OL7M MARINE wurden für Hydraulikanwendungen bei hohem Druck in feuchter, salzhaltiger und starken thermischen Schwankungen ausgesetzer Umgebung entwickelt. Dieser Schlauchtyp bietet darüber hinaus eine höhere Flexibilität bei niedrigen Temperaturen und empfiehlt sich für den Einsatz in Arbeitsmaschinen und Gabelstaplern, die bei niedrigen Temperaturen arbeiten.

von -54°C bis + 100°C
von -65°F bis +212 °F
Max. Arbeitstemperatur mit luft, Wasser und wasserhaltigen Fluiden + 70°C (+158°F)
Betriebsdruck:
Sicherheitsverhältnis 1:4
Maximaler Unterdruckwert:
0,93 bar, 700mm Hg
Spezifikationen:
Die Schläuche erfüllen oder übertreffen die Anforderungen der Normen SAE J517-100R18 und ISO 3949, MSHA.
*Dieser Schlauch erfüllt oder übertrifft die Anforderungen der Normen SAE J517-100R7 - ISO 3949, MSHA.
**Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von ZEC-Armaturen TYP MULTISPIRAL.
