CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS
Características técnico-estructurales:
Interior de poliuretano, refuerzo de malla de fibra textil a alta resistencia, revestimiento exterior de poliuretano resistente a la abrasión, estabilizado a los rayos UV, resistente al ozono, a los microorganismos y a la hidrólisis; apta para aplicaciones al aire libre en ambientes particularmente húmedos y salinos.
Aplicaciones:
Las mangueras serie OL5FL Flex-Flow son ideales para aplicaciones neumáticas y líneas de retorno hydráulicas, que requieren flexibilidad y radio de curvatura reducido. Circuitos de aire comprimido, paso de aceites hidráulicos, lubricantes y emulsiones para enfriamiento. Idónea para bobinadores. Estas mangueras son disponibles en la versión estándar “Multi-Purpose”, en la versión color naranja “No conductiva” (con una pérdida menor 50 μA menor a 250000 V/m según SAE J517), y en versión “Autoextinguible” (grado V0 según UL94).
Temperaturas de uso:
De -30°C a +80°C
En caso de agua o fluidos de base agua, la temperatura máxima de funcionamiento es + 70°C
Presiones de funcionamiento:
Relación de seguridad 1:4
Colores y opciones:
A pedido disponible en color negro, naranja, azul, rojo, verde, amarillo y otros.
A pedido disponible en versión individual, doble o multitubo.
Conexiones:
Disponibles conexiones estándar en 2 piezas con casquillos de engarce, o en versión "sin casquillos" con conexiones a injerto rápido (excepto el 1/4").
