TECHNICAL FEATURES

Technical-constructive features:
Inner core in thermoplastic polyester, high toughness textile fiber and exterior covering in antiabrasion polyurethane stabilized against UV rays and resistant to ozone, microorganisms and hydrolysis, suitable for outdoor applications in environments having high humidity and saline levels, pinpricked for conduction of air and compatible gases.

Applications:
hoses of the OL8 Series have been created for high pressure hydraulic use.

Working temperature:
from –40°C to +100°C from -40°F to +212°F.
Max. working temperature of air, water and water-based fluids is + 70°C (+158°F).

Working pressure:
Safety ratio 1:4

Vacuum rating:
0.93 bar; 700 mm Hg

Specifications:
Hoses meet or exceed SAE J517 Standard sect. SAE 100R8 – ISO 3949 – MSHA Standards

** Size not provided for by SAE 100R8

*The water-proof feature of the cover means that the hose is especially suitable for wet and saline environments where there are extreme temperature changes.
