TECHNICAL FEATURES
ZEC's HTR thermoplastic tubing are especially suitable for industrial pneumatics applications, for compressed air circuits and for oil conduction systems.
Unlike traditional tubing made of flexible thermoplastic material now available on the market, ZEC's HTR tubing do not contain plasticizers because flexibility is ensured by their natural inner elastomeric molecular structure. Since plasticizer is not released in these tubing, they do not stiffen and there is no contamination.
ZEC's HTR tubing provide excellent chemical compatibility with oils and all polar fluids in general as well as hydraulic oils. They do not contain halogenated products. Chemical resistance is good at room temperature even with polar fluids, glycols and alcohols in heavy molecule, week acids and bases.
The working temperature of ZEC's HTR tubing is between -20°C and +100°C. For temperatures higher than room temperature (23°C), calculate the correct burst pressure using the correction factor determined through chart shown in Fig.1.
ZEC's HTR tubing are in compliance with REACH Regulation (2006/1907/EC) and RoHS 2 (2011/65/EU) European Directive.
NB: There is an * in the code. This should be replaced with the color code of the tubing.
EXAMPLE: HTR 8x6 tubing Blue - Code HTR86B.
Working temperature:
from -20° to +100°C.
Max. working temperature of water-based fluids +70°C.
NB: Black hoses/tubing are recommended for outdoor applications.
